AVsion only delivers within Australia. We have no hidden fees, just standard delivery charges based on the weight of your order. All delivery charges are visible during the online shopping process.

Normal delivery is within 3 to 14 working days from the payment date of your order. We make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery time. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to changes in supply, or circumstances beyond our control.

How we deliver

Orders under 20 kg – we use the services of Australia Post.
Orders over 20 kg – we use the services of 3rd party couriers.

Dispatching your order

Provided your items are in-stock and payment has been received, we will dispatch your order from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. If an item is out of stock we will backorder it for you. You will then be contacted by our customer service team to confirm a suitable order delivery time. At the time of delivery, the purchaser will be asked to sign for the delivery order/product. Drivers will ask to sight ID to confirm your details and may also ask to see the credit card used for the purchase.

Tracking your order

Once we have dispatched your order from our warehouse, you can track its progress under the “My Account” section of the website. Refer to the “Tracking Your Order” link for additional information.

Receiving your order

All orders must be signed for, so please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is there, the courier will leave a note and will either attempt to deliver it again, or leave the package at your local Australia Post office for collection.

Unsuccessful deliveries

In the event that goods over 20kg are dispatched and you cannot meet the driver at the agreed delivery time, a rebooking fee will be charged to your account. You will need to contact customer service to arrange a new time and pay the fee. Normal delivery fees and charges apply.

Passing of property

Property in the delivery order/product passes to you upon receipt of the delivery order/product by you.
